Eddie Carrier Jr. makes DTWC field; now readies for Billy Bob at Brushcreek

SALT ROCK, WV (October 21, 2009) – The 29th Annual Dirt Track World Championship, held at Lawrenceburg Speedway, marked the fifth DTWC start for Eddie Carrier Jr. in his late model career. The Carl Grover Motorsports Team now preps for Billy Bob 2009 at Brushcreek Motorsports Complex this Saturday, October 24.

Earning the 20th starting spot on the 26 car field, after winning B-Main #2, Carrier Jr. would charge to finish a respective ninth, his second best DTWC finish with his best coming in 1998 at Thunder Ridge Speedway. Eddie Carrier Jr. was named the Hard Charger of the event, advancing 11 positions.

This weekend ‘The Salt Rock Express’ will return to the Buckeye State to defend his Billy Bob title at Brushcreek Motorsports Complex in Peebles, OH. Billy Bob 2009 will be a “Topless” Late Model event paying $10,000 to win, $600 to start, Saturday, October 24.
